An important moment in the development of oilfield equipment building in Kazakhstan has become the formation of “Aktyubinsk Petroleum Machinery Plant” JSC. The Company started its way as a domestic commodity producer in 2001. Here on, years later increasing its potential and strengthening business relations with many large oil and gas companies of the country, it is fair to say that “Aktyubinsk Petroleum Machinery Plant” JSC took its place in the niche of the leaders of the oil industry. The proof of the foregoing is that the company provides more than 80% of the country’s market with sucker rods that confirms the uniqueness of the company.
The success of an enterprise is determined by the trust of the customers. Due to the comprehensive approach to the tasks set, for many years the enterprise has been cooperating with such companies as “Ozenmunaigas” JSC, “Embamunaigas” JSC, “Mangistaumunaigas” JSC, “Karazhanbasmunai” JSC, “Maten Petroleum” JSC, “Altius Petroleum International B.V.” ABC, “JV Kazgermunai” LLP and many others.
The plant was modernized in 2014 and equipped with modern automated Swiss tools that allow satisfying the increased needs of the oil industry not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also for export.
Constant orientation to the needs of the market and the desire to be a dynamic market leader allowed “Aktyubinsk Petroleum Machinery Plant” JSC to master the production of tubing with TDZ (thermodiffusion zinc coating) couplings.
The enterprise has all the necessary conditions for the production of high-quality products that are subject to close monitoring at all stages of the manufacturing process, starting with the incoming inspection of raw materials supplied to the plant. In addition, using modern production facilities, the company’s products have the best quality in Kazakhstan, meeting international standards. Evidence of this is the availability of certificates for international standards API Specification 11B, API Specification Q1, ISO 9001: 2015. Also, the company introduced the standard of safety and labor protection OHSAS 18001: 2007.
Undoubtedly, competently structured production, constant capacity expansion and strict quality control allowed “Aktyubinsk Petroleum Machinery Plant” JSC to win the image of a reliable partner for a number of large oil and gas enterprises.
