The gas-sand anchor is intended for the equipment of oil, gas and water wells with weakly stable productive reservoirs in order to prevent the removal of sand, sludge and dissolved gases.
Gas-sand anchor is designed for separation of gas and sand from liquid with water cut up to 99%, temperature up to 120 °C, formation water salinity not more than 200 mg/l, viscosity not more than 0.030 Pa∙s, hydrogen ion concentration from 4.2 to 8. The fineness of liquid filtration is up to 95. In this case, the liquid passes through two stages of filtration. Throughput up to 90 m3/day.
Adjustment of the volume of the chamber for collecting mechanical impurities is determined by changing the length of the liner of suspended tubing pipes according to GOST 633-80.
